No bad experience

When I finally got to see Dr. Groth (after THREE HOURS of waiting!) she was very thorough, professional and explained everything well. However, no patient should have to spend an entire afternoon waiting to see any doctor. I have spent less time in clinics when I had outpatient procedures. While I value Dr. Groth and her knowledge, insight and recommendations, I could not in good faith recommend your clinic to anyone because of the excessive wait times. I was seen by more than 5 different people during my visit. I felt like I was on an assembly line or a hamster wheel. It was not a good feeling. Your process of moving a patient through your clinic is very broken, in my opinion.

She is an excellent professional.
