Dr. Matlock was amazing. Her bedside manner and professionalism is excellent! She was more concerned than my child's primary care physician. She listened toour questions and concerns and provided clear concise answers. I wish all physicians and health care professionals provided her level of care.

The only discussion over treatment is WHAT the options were. And that the names would be provided on her summary so I could research them myself and decide. That was it. No risks or benefits of any. Except how frequent they would be administered. Also it was spoken very quickly, I could not absorb any of it. I relied on it being on paper later as a result

Dr. Matlock was easy to talk too. She allowed me to voice my concerns, listened closely, and gave me answers to all of my questions that I had about my child. Truly enjoyed my visit with her.

We just moved here from California so you can imagine transferring care to a new doctor is a little stressful. Dr. Matlock was absolutely amazing. I cannot explain that enough. She sat with us went through all the questions we had. She explained everything. She has an amazing personality. My daughter is extremely shy and she made her smile and made her feel comfortable.
