Very disappointing experience with the doctor. Didn't bother to explain anything to my child or interact with him in a meaningful way. ECHO was not performed before we met with physician, so we had nothing to discuss. He had no idea why we were there despite completing the pre-visit check list and communicating the visit reason to the MA 45 minutes prior to being seen. He then got defensive when I expressed my frustration with the whole experience.

Dr. Radbill was wonderful and took time to answer our questions. I did not ever feel rushed.

I couldn't have asked for better. I am so happy with Dr Radbill. He talks directly to my child at times. He explains well. He is understanding. Friendly. He Is flexible on plan of care. The appointment went very well.
