Dr. Shieh is one of the best clinicians that I have ever seen. She explained everything that she was doing and used affirming, accommodating, and complementary words to provide me with the best care. Vanderbilt needs to have Dr. Shieh teach a class on delivery of care. I was extremely impressed by the entire visit.
